Middle River Real Estate

Largely undeveloped at the turn of the 1900s, Middle River has since displayed the most sustained growth rate in the Baltimore County area.  While homes in other areas sit on the market for months at a time, homes in Middle River are selling.  Conveniently located close to MD-150 and the Chesapeake Bay, Middle River gets its name from being the middle branch of Gunpowder River.  Although most of the homes in Middle River were built in the 1940s, there are many modern homes on the market as well.
